[Deptheads] Miniature Feedback Received

Agreed, we need to let the community know what we are up too.  That we hear
them, if they think we are ignoring them they will assume we are "bad
management" and go elsewhere.

I don't know about anyone else, but I was totally floored by the numbers we
got in May, that is a slowest con and we had a 1000 people.  That means we
are doing something right, and right now it is crucial that we keep the
customers energized and involved.

I hear a lot of people who talk to me call it "You con" it should be our con
it should be their con, they should feel if they have a stake in it.  I
think that is what makes cons successful.
