To clarify
1. Specific radissons will promote the 100% money back guarantee. Many here on east coast do not.
2. Radisson Lax DOES offer the 100% money back guarantee.
3. You have to complain DURING your stay and have them note your complaint and not remedy it (room issues). 
Staying the full weekend then complaining just to have a free weekend does not count.
4. They will give you a free night on your next stay or any other carlson hotel.
If you do not wish to stay with them again they will refund your money. This also means you are not going to stay again and then complain again and get a refund. 
If you have rat dropping in room or other issues you need to get a refund. Otherwise I hope a bunch of people don't just try and rip off the radisson because they are told of the guarantee. It reflects on Strategicon; especially if we advertise it.

Did you know the Radisson offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your stay?  
 

Zack Infanger found out about this from a stand-up advertisement on the front desk of the check-in area.   He called them on it on Monday of Gamex and he did not pay them a dime for the weekend.  When you are the Radisson next, check it out.  I wonder if they will have that posted for Gateway.  You need to put the "Radisson Promise" in the con's marketing blurbs.  I am not kidding.
