[Deptheads] Reg Desk Layout and Signage

As far as I know, we're still discussing the resolution.  My preference 
is to remove both of those tables. and have registration et al. have 
that whole section next to the dealers room.  The extra space alone will 
ease some of our problems there.

I do not think that attempting to leave one table there gives us enough 
space.
