You are correct. Cali mortgages are no joke. Ughh

Home here was built in 1781. Passed down. Year plate on front.

The value is in the farm and the 42 acres of wilderness (deer, wild
turkeys, bears, etc).

No neighbors within sight from my house across my property. No gaming
close either.  :(

I talk to the dog and horses more than people it seems (til warm
weather). If only they could rpg or play boardgames. Where is mr. ed?

Every now and then a hunter sneaks on property to hunt deer.

Anyways.......

 

Happy belated Easter and st. Patrick's day. 

And a speedy post hospital-visit recovery for norm and janice.

I am sick of snow. Still over a foot of it on the ground and it is
snowing right now. We are getting 6 inchesmore of snow thursday
night/friday morning. It snowed st paticks day and the easter bunny
arrived with a dog sled team. At this rate we will have snow on ground
when I fly in for con in may. enjoy your sun and warmth.   Vic
