I agree with this wholeheartedly. In fact, I'm going to make it a point of spending a lot of time out in the unloading area helping people out. While it won't be any fun, it has to be done.
Great idea, Denys. We need to prepare to do this. I'll follow up more as I get to the subsequent messages.
