[Deptheads] Trying to solve the Parking situation where we're at

Parking Issue
Realize that the parking area holds 500 but less than 20% of it was available (and that was on sunday)
We need additional options.
May 23-26 is a holiday weekend, near LAX, and the radisson has it's employees park there also.
There will also be people parking there from all surround areas.
Saturday the 24th by 10am it will be full .
Remember- staff, volunteers and vendors will be also using the space and there before con attendees (not counbting those that already got their spaces on friday).
Another note-
There will be a saturday morning rush. it is not as simple as having a car pull up and dealing with them.
There will be traffic from the hotel as well as con goers trying to get in, drop off stuff and get parked early. 8-10 am will be chaotic. 
Expect several carloads at a time while working around other guests to temp store items for several people as they go off to park.
As anal as it sounds liability is no joke. Treat this like "coat check" areas as we accept responsibility for items (use raffle tickets- we keep one part they get the other).
Make sure it comes off as a well organized operation and not keystone cops.
