[Deptheads] Trying to solve the Parking situation where we're at

Two people will be enough.
1) Attendees will drive up to the Radisson gate, our outside person will greet them, say sorry and hand them the flyer of where to park and answer any questions.
2) If they want to drop off stuff, the attendee can drive to the front / back of the hotel, unload and the other person stationed at the hotel doors will stand guard like a ninja. Every hour, the ninja will go and switch places with the outside gate person. Every few hours, we switch out the pair Buckingham Palace style.
Easy as pie. I suggest that each person have a table with BIG signage announcing that they are Strategicon Welcome Staff. And our ninja only looks after stuff, he does not carry any shiznack.
I assume we need Friday from opening to 10pm, Saturday 7am to 2 pm and Sunday 7am to 10am. Since some Cam people only come out at night, we may need a pair out there for the hour or two before the Cam events.

Good idea. The pairs bit is essential, and we'll need two pairs -- one at the lot and one at the hotel, plus another pair assigned to watch stuff.
Yes, this job will suck.
