Eric,

Some specific questions.

1) Who all is on the deptheads mailing list and what
do each of them do?

2) Want to introduce me before I start saying stuff or
just fire away when I see fit? (hint, introduce me
first please)

3) Do I need to pay for a hotel room? I kind of am
assuming I don't need to prereg for con, lol.

4) I see there are still a couple of weeks left for
preregistration, if the conversation goes that way can
I offer Seth $5/head for each person he directly signs
up for the convention?

5)Any guidelines for creating an account on the
strategicon website, as in are we using are real names
or anything we feel like?

6) Do we have any formal demographic information on
the attendees?
