[Deptheads] Shuttle Service

Anything not organized is a nightmare.
There is no difference in convenience , liability and scheduling between hiring a service to drive and driving ourselves.
They are not responsible for passenger cargo, they have a set schedule, and it is only convenient if you arrive or depart in sinc with the shuttle.
We already have people leaving their valuables, games, luggage, etc. with us while they park and walk back. 
We get around the 'hack" license to taxi or chauffeur by having passenger endorsement and the driver is 21 with valid state driver's license.

If we don’t hire a shuttle service to do this for us (which is like $1500 a day I understand), this sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen in terms of scheduling, liability and convenience.

If we want to provide shuttle service for attendees back and forth from the parking area WE have to provide it.
Rent or borrow a van, and list a shuttle schedule with the maps. More trips earlier and fewer later (cannot just cater to each idividual or we have chaos and people always waiting on the shuttle). Rental cost of a van and gas. 
The powers that be (with money) decide if it is worth us paying for to provide.
