[Deptheads] Regarding the Fish Bowl

Yep, we were talking the San Jose room.

 

With Mniatures, we are having trouble shoe-horning in all the events, since
with orcocon (presidents' day weekend) we utilized all of EF on Saturday and
Sunday and the complete Penthouse.  Now realizing that we aren't planning
for a 70 person two day tournament that occupied the entire penthouse, we
still have to plan on 25 to 30 (1/3 of the number from January).

 

Jose had hoped to possibly move a little into suite D, which is Board game
territory, but they indicated that they cannot contract and actually need
more space also.

 

We are asking for solutions to this, and the RTTs tend to be showcase events
anyway, so we thought that San Jose might be the solution since we have been
banished from the Penthouse to make room for LARP.

If by "Fish Bowl" you mean San Jose.  The Zev tournaments will be going on
in there Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
