[Deptheads] More parking info

Folks,

Do we have enough people on Saturday and Sunday AM for the rush?  We'll need probably at least 3 people in each of the 2 areas with maps in the AM from 8-12.

      How much is parking in the airport? If the guests park there, they can shuttle to the hotel?

        They have a specific route and stops. The radisson route does not include parking lots. When I fly in I use that shuttle to and from the hotel and LAX.

        One more question about parking.   I know that the Radisson has a shuttle that runs between a couple of hotels and the airport. (I know this for our VIPs that fly in.)   I was wondering if we could get them to include the parking lot on their trips during the weekend?  - Heather
