[Deptheads] More parking info

At this point, all we have signed up for that are the staff. I really need to hear about any volunteers we have for this, or other general gofer things, and I have heard nothing yet. Eric, has anyone signed up on the website?

One more question about 
        parking.   I know that the Radisson has a shuttle that runs 
        between a couple of hotels and the airport. (I know this for our 
        VIPs that fly in.)   I was wondering if we could get them to 
        include the parking lot on their trips during the weekend?  -
