I agree that we should tell people in the email we'll let them know about the parking situation in the next email and on the website so check back soon.  We still don't know if they will have begun work on the parking structure yet, do we?

Puffing Billy and Zev should be pimped without mercy :)

  Tonight I am sending Eric 001 the text for the new Gamex Email.  The email will urge everyone to book the new $99 rooms and pre-reg by the deadline and start signing up for games.   

  I suggest we alert everyone to the parking snafu in tonight's email and say "We are working on solutions now."   The PDF with a map of nearby options with prices will be attached to our final email in two weeks and also posted on the website.   

  Do you agree?  Yes?  No?  Other idea? 

  If there is ANY event or special guest or last minute kewl beans you want pimped in tonight's email, send it to me ASAP.
