Ok, I got off the phone with Jose and his question to the group is:
What are we telling our GMs that have to drop things off at the hotel and
when are we telling them?
I'm hearing lots of suggestions:
1. Post a volunteer (or two) at the curb to provide a drop off sentry
(guard) for materials while the GM parks his car at nearby (or not so
nearby) parking lot.
2. Post several volunteers at strategic entry points approaching the
hotel entrances to provide attendees with directions to the closest
available parking lots.
3. Have some large billboard signs next to these same volunteers with
"Get your free Maps to Strategicon parking lots here"
4. What else have I missed?
5. Department heads will be among the volunteers that we will be
rotating onto this front line duty to present and keep a friendly face of
Strategicon on the whole effort to volunteers and attendees

If the booth isn't operating because they aren't parking cars, can't they
create some special drop-off zone within the property? I would think they
should find some way to accommodate us.

My understanding is that people will not be allow beyond the booth arms, and
that general attendee loading/unloading will have to be at the curb.
Any clarifications would be most welcome...
