[Deptheads] More parking info

if this is the case, the street will be blocked off....can we get LAPD  
involved to help us in this case?  There is NO WAY everyone will be able to  unload 
their stuff fast enough to prevent an unauthorized blockage of a public  
throughway.....
 
What our liability will be due to being forced into this situation is  
unclear...I can't find anything linking us directly, but if our participants get  
tickets for blocking the street they will NOT be happy.
