[Deptheads] More parking info

Taxi and shuttle service will be able to pass the booth arms to go to the front or back entrance areas.   We will have the same access for our people who want to drop stuff off. 
  We will have a volunteer (maybe even a ninja) who will be posted with an official table with an official Welcome to Gamex sign out there to watch over people's stuff.
