[Deptheads] approving pre-reg's

  Since some of you are relatively new here, let me remind you of the  
pre-reg procedure from our end. Department heads need to manually  
approve people who pre-reg for events. Go to http://www.strategicon.net/index.php?goto=admin_event_prereg 
  to do so. People are listed in order that they signed up, and people  
should be approved in the order that they signed up. However, the  
queue can hold more people that the event can take, in case of need  
for alternates. If the event fills, it's ok to deny people.

Feel some pity for Denys -- he'll have the most issues to deal with....
