[Deptheads] Fwd: Parking news from front desk

This should be a no-brainer...but has to be asked...
 
They are saying that neither staff nor guests will be getting a parking  pass 
for the duration of their stay then?  Don't we have in our contract  the free 
parking passes per room situation?  We need to get up-front and  advise our 
attendees if they will have to pay for parking above and beyond the  room rate 
I believe (not sure if they got a parking pass per room or not, but  wanted to 
make sure it was covered either way).
