[Deptheads] New Convention Pre-Registration Pages

Hi,

Last week I reworked the con pre-reg pages on the dev site. I'm trying to make them look more professional. Any other suggestions are appreciated. Please log in and go through it and test on as many platforms as possible.

Note: The "Click Here to begin PayPal transaction" is safe to click on dev. It will take you to an essentially blank page. Do not click it on the live site unless you intend to complete to the process.

Also, I will be implementing a check box option for the kids badges to not print the last name, but it has to be in the system. We haven't been offering pre-reg kids badges before. It has been decided that kids badges will be a nominal fee of $5 with no pre-reg discount.
