As I said, based on Sunday's discussion, we talked about *no* major
guests for 2009.  We're going to be suffering from the parking problem
all year, and OrcCon is the convention where we will know the least
ahead of time about the facilities, due to the hotel's remodel.  In
addition, we do have strong California-based competition against
OrcCon in the form of Dundracon.  In terms of alternative conventions,
our best weekend for the past several years has been Labor Day,
because Conquest/Pacificon had not been doing well.  That cushion
seems to be disappearing as well.
