Everyone,
 
truth be told, RSI prefers to be in open gaming.  Problem 1, we have  no open 
gaming area set up yet.  That is what I am trying to do for MANY  other 
reasons than RSI, but for info, that is where they would like to be when  we get it 
set up.  Problem 2, they draw about 35 amps, so require a space  with a dual 
circuit outlet.  This is something I will be looking at when we  talk about a 
permanent home for open gaming, but for the meantime, there are no  rooms in 
the Radisson other than the main ballroom and the dealer's room that  has dual 
circuits that I know of.  If they are in the foyer, we can tape  down an 
extension that will give them the power they need I believe.  I  would have to get 
with the Hotel to check on this next time we are there.
 
Oh, 3rd, they only can come out to us in February and September.
