[Deptheads] Flyer info and other stuff

I'm trying to put together the flyer. If you have events that you know  
are going to happen I need to see them in the event system.

As to special guests, Mark has given me the go ahead to bring one in,  
but we're still going to bring in the others like we discussed at the  
meeting. Alan Emrich will be there.

As to space and the like, we are not in the business of turning away  
events. We will fit them in. It may be a pain, but we can do it. And  
no, I haven't read the whole thread on this (other than what Marl  
forwarded to me), but please, we're all in this together, keep it  
civil. I don't care who started it, it's done.

Our bigger problems are the parking and we need an RPG coordinator.  
The RPGA coordinator also stepped down (after one year). Been swamped  
with life lately.

Next meeting needs to be early December -- my guess is the first  
Sunday of the month (Dec 7 -- seems appropriate) is the only one  
really doable so lets aim for that. Don't know where yet (volunteers  
welcome for locations. I'd prefer the location rotated).
