[Deptheads] Flyer info and other stuff

Hello Erich,

Thank you for the heads for the meeting date.  Will put forth my request
for day off for the 7th of December.
Hopefully no gripes from the district manager.  December is the pinnacle
height of the holiday sales season.  I can
already here cracking of the whip.  And I don't mean Santa's sleigh.

Also to inform you that I will be attending the HMGS mini-wars con this
November 8 and 9 to push for events.  
The only obstacle that we have to convience them is what current parking
problem we are facing for Feb 2009.
