[Deptheads] Radisson Staff info

I don't know her name, but the front desk supervisor (Young black lady) was great assistance when they screwed up hotel reservations. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the room I needed.
 
I agree with Lori, the Bellhop/Valets were great assistance in taking things up to the rooms, asking to fill ice chest and making sure we had everything we needed.

As opposed to recent years at both locations, I noticed an incredible effort on the part of various hotel staff to make things as great as possible.  I will be writing to the Radisson Corporation to commend these people on Friday.  Does anyone have any names they would like to add to my letter?
