[Deptheads] Gabriel's Pacificon after-con report

It's fine and good to call it a second-rate con, but it is growing and
appears to be stable, so we do need to pay attention to it.  We need
to pay attention to both Pacificon and KublaCon, because they are on
different weekends and compete against different conventions of ours.
But we should not be targeting either one; we should be striving to
improve our cons no matter what other conventions may be held at the
same times.  If anything, we should try to learn from what other
successful conventions are doing, not just throw potshots at them.
