Just an FYI:

Surprisingly, they aren't jerking us around too much. They want to  
raise the room rate to $119 and the parking to $13, but no increase in  
the space rental ($5000).

If anyone knows of people who stay at the Sheraton and/or Marriott  
that's right across the street due to conditions/prices at the  
Radisson, I'd like to know and to talk to these folks. Leverage in  
negotiations is good :-)
