[Deptheads] Testing

I can find out, but I don't think we should do this. I understand the reasons to do this, but I think opens up a lot of possible problems. My suggestion would be to add a choice of links to the parking lots websites at the end of our pre-reg page. Encourage people to make their own parking registration as soon as they have made their con reservation.

How close to the event would we have to put up the money? We could take reservations for parking when people pre-reg for the con. That way we could reserve a block based on how many pre-paid parking reservations we get.
