I agree with Gayle, mike and Hugh..
Strategicon should provide maps of parking areas, list a selection of available parking in the area and their rates, work deals with facilities, and do what we can to make parking as smooth as possible without being directly involved as the middle man accepting money for a parking facility. We suggest and list options and the congoer makes their own decision.

My two cents for what it is worth. I disagree as to having prepaid through the con. This causes problems with acting as an agent for the parking. What happens if the lot over books, damages a car, or backs out of the deal completely... as an agen, the convention could become partly responsible (either legally or just in the perception of the attendee).
