[Deptheads] Special Events using Seminar (Projector) Room

I want to know who needs the Project Room at what times during the day for
1~3 hour events.

The Rock Band tournament we want to hold needs a 6 hour time block in the
room.

I'm thinking some time Saturday Afternoon, starting anywhere from 10am till
2pm

Please let me know when you need the room so I can plan the special events
schedule according
