A few staff changes

Tim Keenon has accepted the role of Event Coordinator for the  
conventions. Tim's role will be basically to run the nitty gritty of  
the gaming side of things.

Chris Carlson is now head of operations as Norm is stepping down. Norm  
will still be around and will helping out with payouts and the like. I  
want to emphasize this was Norm's decision -- he feels he just needs a  
break. He'll still be at the cons, but now he'll get to actually play  
a game or two.

We're well over 200 pre-reg's now with over 2 weeks to go. We're at  
over 360 events with another 15 or so in the queue. Not bad.
