[Deptheads] Radisson bankruptcy details

The companies blamed their bankruptcy filings on "one of the worst economic climates in recent history" and the affiliate's (RadLAX Gateway Deck, LLC) inability to complete construction of a parking structure adjacent to the hotel due to the companies' lenders' refusal to advance funds for continuing construction. The companies reported in their bankruptcy filings that the lack of on-site parking impairs "the Hotel's value and its appeal to travelers." The bankruptcy filings also state that the companies sought alternative financing prior to the bankruptcy filing to complete construction but were unable to find available financing.
