Just got off the phone with Mark S. in sales at the Radisson, the guy  
whose been with us this past year, and he gave me an update.

Construction actually stopped in April. They doubt it will be done by  
Orccon as all the paperwork has to be sorted out and the courts need  
to have their say
They now have about 350 spots on site (Orccon was just over 200) as  
they've cleaned up the area surrounding the garage and the old bank lot
Two of the new elevators are done. A third one is on hold, and the  
fourth one is still completely vintage. Mark thought maybe all they  
were running were the two new ones
