[Deptheads] Volunteer Badges

Hi,  I have a few people working for me at the Board Games Headquarters desk that are new (to me and/or to the convention).  Since I don't know them I am asking them to buy the badge and get reimbursed. However, a few are not staying past the one day.  Will there be a way to get reimbursement throughout the convention for their badge?
