[Deptheads] Hotel contracts signed

We're still finalizing things for the May 2012 contract (there was a  
potential conflict that has now been resolved), but we are officially  
at the Sheraton for 2011 and 2012. We will also be there for May 2010.  
September 2010 will probably be a the Radisson as the Sheraton has the  
space booked, and we don't think that will change (though we're  
working on it).

We will announce this in mailing soon (as in tomorrow). It is ok to  
tell people personally, but please don't post this until we send out  
the mailing tomorrow.

BTW, if you want events covered in the mailing, make sure they're up  
on the site.

It looks like the next meeting will almost certainly be Sunday Jan 17  
2010. Where? I don't know yet.
