[Deptheads] Conbook proof 1

Top of page 14 (Master schedule) needs to be re-tabbed it looks like.   Other 
than that, everything looks good on initial viewing.  Having the  times the 
event runs after the description is sufficient for the department's  schedule, 
so it works fine.
