[Deptheads] Seminar Room and Hobby Class

I don't know if I will be able to give up the back part of Catalina
for the painting events after all.  Without being able to separate E
and F, I may need the entire room for vendors.  But it's going to
depend on how many of them actually show up, as there are several who
have said they are coming but for whom I still don't have any
paperwork.
