[Deptheads] Time to add events

Kind of a general question for this.

Even though I'm movie room czar, would anyone object to me running a few
scheduled board games? Particularly during those hours in the afternoon
where the Seminar room is taken up by..seminars ^^

And, if so, should I simply add the events myself to the system, and let
someone else determine the time, or should I submit the games some other
way?
