[Deptheads] Hotel update

Sorry about being a rabble rouser but I agree with Eric. We need to play
nice with the hotel and be flexible because in the future the rates on
convention space are going to go up. The hotel will eventually finish their
remodel and want to start hiking their rates, anything we can do to stay on
the good side with them will help down the road.
