[Deptheads] Hotel update

We are all on the same page here. They should match the 21 day rates or at least count them towards our quota.
We cannot be flexible on the con room rates being higher than their standard 21 day in advance rates.

40% lower than before is great.
Breakfast is great.

Is the sheraton a better venue overall than radisson? Can we swap for august too if we like sheraton better?

However, if their standard 21-day rates are cheaper, we can make a case to get them. That said, we're getting the convention space at about 40 percent of what they tried to sell it to us two years ago.
