[Deptheads] Hotel update

I have a FAA meeting at the Embassy on March 11th...I can stop by there and double check their maps after the meeting and have the info at the meeting on the 22nd.

Besides confirmation of room dimentions, what are some specific information needs?

Eric, can you contact the hotel and set things up for me to be there around 4:30pm on the 11th so I can get into the rooms we need?
