[Deptheads] Next meeting

Granted we have a few new people from when the change was made, but  meetings 
were changed to Sunday because of the number of people who need to work  on 
Saturday.
 
Maybe a new poll of who works on Saturday and who works on Sunday is in  
order?

We need  to have this at the Radisson. However, this weekend and next  
weekend  the place is booked. The weekend after is open, but that's  
really  pushing things. So here's our options:

Hold the meeting outside of the  Radisson on either the 17th or 18th.
Hold the meeting at the Radisson on  either the 24th or 25th.

I'm in favor of the latter just because we  really need to look things  
over.

Parking: We may have it by  Gateway -- they think it'll be done in mid  
August

Rooms:  Right now we have 6 poolside room (1-6). 7 and 8 are unrentable  
and  we'll see about 9+10.
The Penthouse status will be unknown until the con.  It's scheduled to  
be completed Feb 13.
The Ball rooms will not be  done for this show. All the rest of the  
second floor has been  redone.
