[Deptheads] Next meeting

They have not started nor will they have started by the time the show  
happens. It has been pushed back into "second quarter 2009". However,  
the person I talked to told me he thinks they're not going to happen  
this year, but the official line right now is 2nd quarter....

The 18th might have to do, but we can't be at the Radisson. I did say  
at the meeting in the notes that the date was tentative (precisely I  
said "subject to change").

Sunday the 25th is best from the Radisson's point of view, but  
Saturday the 24th will work if we meet early. Catalina will be filled  
on Saturday and another group is coming in at 4 pm to use the  
ballroom. Sunday is wide open and there's no football :-) So my  
preference is the 25th, but I need the deptheads there, so it's going  
to come down to who can make which dates. I can make them all.
