[Deptheads] Final room and parking info

Price on the a second car is simply find a space and good luck :-). I  
fully expect them to run out of parking.

No, the room price won't go lower :-( I tried.

However the valet worked is how it works now, so I don't know on in  
and out privileges. I'll ask.
