[Deptheads] Volunteer Lists

Greetings Everyone!

It is that time again. I need your volunteer lists ASAP (no later than 02-02-09). If you don't have a complete list, that's fine, send me what you have. You can send me the rest as you get them. Please make sure to include their first name, last name, and position if they have one(this should NOT include the word staff).  Nor do you need to include the word volunteer to their position, it is already printed on the badge. Please if you have Excel, use it or at least separate each thing with a comma. 

Example:

John,Doe,Game Master

You as department head (Staff) do not need to include your name on the list. You are all already on the master staff list. Your badge will be in your bag of badges to pick up on Friday.

Mary Scott has been helping me as Volunteer coordinator for the last year and her help has been invaluable. However, she has moved to Georgia and is not able to help at the moment. So please be sure to send the lists to me not Mary.
