[Deptheads] Seminar Room and Hobby Class

Eric,

I checked the schedules for the Seminar room versus the scheduled hobby
classes and there is a major conflict between the seminars on Saturday and
scheduled hobby classes.

Is there another small room available or can the seminar room be subdivided
by any types of partitions (hanging curtains is what is used at Gencon).

This would work as long as the lights stay one during the seminars.

Or we could use the little room in the back of the Exhibitor hall for the
classes.  All the classes are during the time that the Exhibitor hall is
open anyway and that might be a good use for that space during Saturday day!
