[Deptheads] We just topped last year's pre-reg

Seems they didn't block off some rooms we're supposed to have. I know  
nothing more than Luz pointing out some break out rooms are not under  
contract. I found this out after they'd all gone home for the day, so  
the riot act reading will have to wait until tomorrow morning.
