Pre-reg hit 299 -- so close :-) Best Gamex for pre-reg (2008: 281,  
2007: 222) since we've been running things.

The contract issue is resolved. They had not blocked out some rooms  
they had verbally promised us, and that's fixed. (those who made the  
last meeting might recall Darryl saying repeatedly we had all the  
space except one room for a church group). Seems we might have lost  
one more breakout room (I'm a bit suspicious of this), but not half of  
them....

We ended up at 482 events. We've had some of those cancelled but for  
sake of comparison KublaCon lists 575.

Con reg and game reg are now shut off, so approve those game reg's!

We need room diagrams ASAP. The appropriate contacts at the Sheraton
