[Deptheads] We'll be at the Sheraton for Gamex 2010!

Since we will be at the sheraton it is already covered.
The movie/rock band room has a stage, lights, sound system and screen already and since it is on 2nd floor with a foyer already we can put the bar there outside the room entrance.
 
stage with theatre seating is perfect for teaching and salsa themed rock band and dj hero duels. And the room next door (where we did payouts) is a perfect salsa lounge.
 
Families going to the salsa event at radisson next door can drop off their teens at strategicon for the day to playare you a werewolf, rock band, pitch car, yu-gi-oh, quick miniature demos, sports themed games, video games, or swing foam weapons in boffer larp. Good english is not required for those events and if an issue myself and others speak spanish and can do events. These con newbies also get to walk around, see the con, and shop. Might find one in a vampire larp and another playing large scale naval miniatures.
Several salsa dancers and family will come to sheraton anyways looking for the event next door. actually...having taylor made stratgicon signs in the radisson might not be a bad idea.
 
that was fun to joke about but on a serious note--
We need consistency in our location.
We move from place to place like gypsies or the circus. Our loyal members have endured chaos with location and parking long enough. 2010 should be the year we nail down a permanent location with no parking issues other than full on saturday mid day.
