[Deptheads] Guests

All the guests should put in an appearance at the vendor meal.  It is an 
opportunity for both the staff and the vendors to get to know them.  A 
warm reception builds good will on all sides.  So whoever is scheduling 
them, please be sure to leave Sunday evening (6pm - 7:30 Janice??) for 
an hour or so open.
