[Deptheads] Guest of Honor (and Special Guests and Events)

Because,
1. I haven't had email confirmation on anything from Eric A.
2. No one has sent me a bio (and a picture) to put up.
3. No one has sent me bios (and pictures) of any confirmed guests.

So, even if I get confirmation from Eric A., nothing but a name will  
show up until I get content.

#1 is also true for Special Events.
#2 is *somewhat* true for Special Events (please don't get on my case  
if you've sent something until after I get the sample page up).

I will try to get a special event page up on the dev site ASAP,  
because I know some effort has been made on this end, beyond getting  
the commitment.
